A NOTE ABOUT OUR RECENT AU PRICE INCREASE

From 1st July 2022 our Australian subscription service will increase from $19.95 to $22.95 (AUD). This will allow us to maintain our delivery promise across all of our monthly and limited edition boxes, and give you the best service possible without compromise.

If you are one of our wonderful members, your subscription fee will change automatically at the time of billing for July. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this price increase please contact us at help@bellabox.com.au.

COVID-19 UPDATE

It's a complex and scary time right now, and that's why we are working as hard as we can to deliver your monthly boxes of self-care.

For now, it's business as usual at bellabox, your orders will still be delivered on time, as we're classed as an essential service. Our amazing warehouse staff have been retrained to adapt to new hygiene standards and the bellabox HQ are working from home.

For now, let's take this opportunity to come together and continue to lift each other up with love.

We could not be more proud to have a beauty community of such strong, fierce and resilient individuals.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please contact our very friendly Customer Care Team at help@bellabox.com.au or via our Facebook DM’s or Instagram messenger.

Please take note that there will be a $16 (AUD) re-postage fee if the following applies:

  • The address was been entered incorrectly
  • The address was not updated before our shipment list was collected
  • The bellabox parcel was not picked up from your local post office after an attempted delivery

We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. Your account details including your shipping address can be changed at any time by logging into your bellabox account via bellabox.com.au.

  • Go to the 'My Account' tab
  • Scroll down to the address field and hit 'Manage Address'
  • Pick the billing or shipping address that you want to change and hit 'Edit'
  • Change your address and hit the 'Save Profile button

Currently, bellabox is only available in Australia & New Zealand. If you are living in New Zealand, Kia Ora! You can visit our website at http://www.bellaboxnz.com

TRACKING

Once your bellabox order has left, our dispatch team will send you a tracking email so you can track your order right to your door!

MISSING/DAMAGED ITEM

On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or a product is missing, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at help@bellabox.com.au and they will happily assist you. Kindly take note that we are only able to process requests for replacements within a four-week window of you receiving your box.

PAYMENT

Currently, we accept credit/debit cards and Paypal payments. For Paypal, you will be directed to your PayPal account to confirm your membership with bellabox.

If you need to change your payment method, this can be done within your account on the bellabox website.

  • Log in on bellabox.com.au
  • Go to the 'Subscriptions' tab
  • Click the gear icon next to your subscription status and select 'Update Payment'
  • Change your payment details and click 'Update Payment'

AGE RATING

Does bellabox have an Age Rating? No, but that does not mean that all the products we feature in our box are suitable for younger skin.

Some of the products have active ingredients which can be too harsh for younger skin, we do take this into consideration when allocating our boxes.

However, sometimes it is unavoidable and harder for us to judge. We are not here to tell you how to parent, but we generally do not recommend bellabox for those under 16's, thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly memberships may be canceled or paused at any time. All membership cancellation requests can be completed via your bellabox account or by emailing our Customer Care Team at help@bellabox.com.au

Need help canceling or pausing your account? We would love to have you as part of our bellabox community, but we totally understand if bellabox is not for you right now or if you need a little break.

AUSTRALIA

To cancel your bellabox subscription:

  1. Login to bellabox.com.au > Enter username and password
  2. Click on Subscription > Settings icon > Cancel

Please note: If you submit your cancellation or pause request within the last TWO days of the calendar month, the cancelation or pause request will not be processed until the next month.

For example, if you pause or cancel on the 30th of March 2020, the request will be submitted in our system and you will be charged for April 2020 and you will receive April 2020 but no boxes after that.

NEW ZEALAND

To cancel or pause your bellabox subscription:

  1. Login to https://www.bellaboxnz.com/index.php?r=site%2Flogin
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click the Dashboard on the upper right hand>click 'Customer & Billing Info'
  4. Account Information -> click ''Pause''
  5. Should you wish to close the account permanently, click 'Cancel'

Please note: You can pause your account for a max of 3 months./p>

CANCELLING A GIFT

There is NO need to cancel a gift subscription as all our gift subscriptions are non-renewing.

Please note canceling a gift subscription before you have received all the gift boxes, will cancel the account completely, and as a result, you will not receive all the boxes.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS

GIFT PURCHASER

When purchasing a gift subscription you will only need to enter your friend’s email address and name. Once your gift subscription order has gone through, an email will be sent to the receiver with a unique code.

Your friend will need to redeem and activate the account to receive the box. Along with the gift membership activation process, your friend will need to complete their own beauty profile and enter their own shipping address.

We will send your friend an email with a unique code to set up their own account. Your friend will need to activate their account, update their beauty profile, and enter their shipping address to receive the box.

GIFT RECEIVER

Lucky you! You've been given a bellabox subscription as a gift from your very lovely friend.

What is bellabox? Glad you asked, bellabox is a subscription service and beauty community - where every month, you'll receive a box filled with five or more samples, travel and full-sized products.

From high-end, boutique, and cult brands around the world. Each month will be a different mix of beauty products, ranging from makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, and hair products and sometimes we'll even include a lifestyle product. The samples are generously sized, to ensure you can really test out the product and discover the products you love.

You should have been sent an email on how to redeem your gift, if you get stuck or just want to chat, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team at hello@bellabox.com.au and they will assist you.

FEEDBACK POINTS

  • have points to spend but there isn’t anything I want to buy in the shop, what happens now?
    Unfortunately, points won’t be valid after September 30th, use them or lose them, people!
  • I don’t have enough points to spend in the shop, will my points get wasted?
    Every 10 points = $1 to spend on our limited edition boxes and shop items, even if you don’t have enough points to purchase an item you can still get money off - how fab!
  • What can I buy with my points?
    All limited edition boxes and shop items can be redeemed with loyalty points.
  • What else do I need to know?
    A minimum spend of $20 applies to redeem limited edition boxes and shop items with points
