Time to update your bellabox account

Dear AU bellas,

It's been a busy time at bellabox HQ. We've been working on some very exciting changes to our site, including moving to Shopify which means a better and more streamlined experience for you. Plus we are now able to offer ShopPay, ApplePay, G Pay and more than 5 other payment methods.

However, during this transition you may have noticed some changes or even encountered some issues with accessing your dashboard, and for that we're sorry.

Right now we’re busy preparing for this month’s opt-in, but we'll need you to complete your account setup in order to select your product on Wednesday 2 November because your old account will no longer work.

What we need from you:

  • Complete your new account setup by clicking here
  • Reset your password
  • Check the information we have on file is correct
  • Update your payment method (if required)

It's super easy and you'll only need to do this once, and next month it will be business as usual (and nothing more for you to do).
